Platform Boundaries

RentedRide coordinates marketplace activity, but some responsibilities remain directly with the user or vendor.

Users remain responsible for lawful driving, local compliance, and document validity.
Vendors remain responsible for roadworthy vehicles, truthful listings, and reliable handoffs.
Payment providers and banks may control final settlement timing outside the platform.
Disputes may require additional verification before a final outcome is determined.
