The platform is designed to make booking state and next actions visible, but availability and approval can still depend on vendor-side confirmation and timing.

You can search by location, vehicle type, and date.
Booking confirmation appears in your dashboard.
Some vehicles may require additional verification.
Existing reservations and blocked dates are automatically excluded where availability data is available.
Pickup and return dates must stay within valid available ranges.

Payments

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Processing speed depends on payment provider behavior as well as platform logic.

Invoice details are available in booking history.
Refund timeline depends on payment provider and policy.
Refund initiation and final settlement timing can differ.
If a payout or refund issue occurs, support may need to verify the transaction state.
